Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation with us:
1- You can pay the advance reservation fee online by most debit/credit cards.
2- The payment gateway is outside Iran and completely safe.
3- Non of your private information like credit card number, email, address etc are revealed.
4- Final booking is due to the room availability. If your desired room is not available we will book another similar room in that hotel or in another similar hotel for you or will completely refund your payment according to your decision.
(in case of calling your reservation off, it usually takes 5 to 7 working days to receive the money. please contact your bank for more information)
5- After your reservation is finally confirmed, it usually takes 1-3 working days to prepare your hotel voucher.
6- Refunds after final reservation obeys the hotel`s rules & policies mentioned in the hotel booking page.
7- The amount will be settled to your account within 7-10 working days after the cancellation is confirmed by hotel.
8- A 15 EUR commission fee is deducted from the refunds after the final reservation in order to compensate the bank transfer and administrative expenses.
9- Your final reservation cancelling process takes 2-5 working days after your request.
10- All exchange rates are something between official rate (www.xe.com) and the unofficial rate.
11- High seasons in Iran are from mid March to mid May and mid September to mid November.
(Please reserve your hotel at least 3 months before high seasons start)
12- We are off at the weekends (Thursdays & Fridays) and Iran’s official holidays.
