Sarabi House shushtar with 210 years old belonged to Qajar period that after repairing, since 2013, is considered as the first traditional hotel in the Khuzestan province. This house has 17 rooms, among them, 15 rooms are serviceable for guests. The standard capacity of this traditional hotel is 34 persons .This historic building is placed in the Abdolah Bano Street as the oldest street of Shushtar and overhangs to mills and waterfalls of Shushtar.The first owner of Sarabi House Traditional Hotel is Haj. Mohammad Ali Namaki, from famous families in this city, and owner of the first hydro-electric plant in Khuzestan and the second hydro-electric power plant in Iran which has been built around waterfalls.The used materials in this building are from stone, brick and its roofs as arch and arch P.coe from brick gender.External decorations of this consist of the stone sight and beauty brick (in traditional dialect: Khoun Chini) and internal decorations composed of plasters into rooms and porticos, column and brick bill.This house consists of a yard, pool, garden, 3 porticos, 17 rooms, seraglio with 4 separated parts, flume in seraglio and underground ways from the seraglio to waterfalls systems that are being repaired.
